If you are from anywhere else then you will need to use a proxy site. There are loads of them but the ones I usually use are http://ninjahider.com or http://sitegetter.net .
1) Go to one of the proxy websites for the USA
2) Type into the URL bar in the proxy website : www. stardoll.com
3) Press enter
4) When the page loads, log into Stardoll using the proxy
5) Log out, go to Stardoll normally and the tree should be in your suite.
