If you are from anywhere else you will need to use a USA proxy. There are loads but the ones I tend to use are http://ninjahider.com/ or http://sitegetter.net/ .
1) Go to one of the proxy sites for the USA
2) Put www.stardoll.com into the URL bar of the proxy website
3) Press enter
4) Log into Stardoll
5) Log out, go to Stardoll normally and log in and the necklace should be in your suite!
